earth and light
in my meditation this morning
i imagined that the corona virus was being called into healing.
i saw, at its centre, a dim, forgotten, yet sacred light.
and my observation, my witnessing of this light, was enough to help the virus remember
what it had forgotten
i witnessed the dim, sacred light within it get brighter and brighter
holier and holier
i imagined that light heading back home, moving kindly out of the bodies of anyone afflicted
lifting into the sky, moving toward a bright, loving light that served as its loving, healing home.
truth. kindness. forgiveness. home.
this loving, light home in the sky took it all in
and transmuted it all into peace and wellness.
a healing
a remembering
a transformation
and i imagined all those who had been affected returned to being well again
and all inhabitants on this planet free
to roam and go as they pleased
in heart and harmony.
a simple 5 minute meditation. i saw it, i felt it, i was grateful for it.
so be it.
